Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' individual needs Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and empathyRequirements: Previous experience in a care or support role is advantageous NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly Ability to work effectively within a team and on an individual basisMcCarthy Stone does not currently offer sponsorship.
