Job Title: Project Manager (Software Development)
Salary:To £45k (depending on experience)
Location: Remote with occasional office visits to Manchester, so ideal candidate should still live locally to Manchester
Experience: Minimum 3 years
We're looking for a Software Development Project Manager to join our close-knit team working on bespoke software solutions for the i-gaming sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a company that values internal promotion - our last senior role was filled from within! We like to create a collaborative environment and though most of the team works remotely, we try to get together in the office about once a week for work or social catch-ups. So if you're local, that's a bonus.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing client projects across the UK and internationally, including custom software development and tailoring existing gaming products for top operators.
Leading new product development and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Working with developers, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality graphics and game engineering solutions.
Balancing multiple projects, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation and specifications are up to date.About You:
At least 3 years of experience managing IT/software development projects.
Ideally, you've worked on custom software solutions, so experience in iGaming isn't required.
Familiar with Waterfall methodology (no preference for Agile or Prince2).
Strong organizational and communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting client requirements.
Comfortable managing both UK and international projects, with a big focus on the US market. The Team & Culture:
We pride ourselves on being a supportive team that works well together, whether remotely or in the office.
Our last hire was in 2022 because people love to stay with us!
You'll be supported through a steep learning curve, especially if you're joining from outside the sector - our work is niche but rewarding.
There's no initial requirement for travel, though this may change as we expand further.Interview Process:
Initial interview via Teams with our team members.
Follow-up in-person interview to get to know you better.
Feedback will be provided quickly, with interviews happening soon. We'd love to meet someone who's excited to bring their skills to a growing and successful team. If this sounds like you, apply to #Lauren today
