Role: QTS Biology Teacher Location: Slough Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: £120 - £220 per day Exciting Opportunity for Biology Teacher in Slough! GSL Education Watford is currently seeking a number of highly motivated and dedicated Biology Teachers to join our client schools in Slough, as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of biology and contribute to their scientific understanding and curiosity. As a QTS Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning and delivering high-quality biology lessons that align with the national curriculum. Utilizing a range of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Promoting a love for biology through hands-on experiments, practical activities and interactive discussions. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their academic development. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the science curriculum. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Biology. Proven experience teaching biology at the secondary level. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for biology and scientific exploration. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues. Dedication to professional growth and staying abreast of advancements in the field of biology. Must hold an enhanced, Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
