Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a knack for driving commercial success in the construction industry? Manchester & Cheshire East is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial endeavors on diverse developments across the North West.

**What You'll Do:**
As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll spearhead the commercial aspects of mixed tenure developments, ensuring the successful delivery of major housing schemes. Your responsibilities will include optimizing contract profitability, managing cash flow, and overseeing subcontract procurement. You'll play a pivotal role in risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution while providing valuable input on cost engineering and project strategy.

Extensive experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong account management and commercial expertise
Collaborative team player with adaptability in dynamic environments
Excellent analytical, oral, and presentation skills
Degree qualification preferred
Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS desirable
In-depth knowledge of groundworks, roads, and sewers
Familiarity with COINs and 4p (viewpoint)
Experience managing assistant surveyors/trainees
