Identifying and Establishing Client Partnerships To £55,000pa + bonus and benefits North West The Role The Distribution/Wholesale Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth within the North West region. The individual will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market penetration of product ranges, ensuring that distribution partners and wholesale accounts achieve their sales targets. Responsibilities will include: Sales strategy development & execution: Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals Channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution and wholesale partners. Develop proposals and pitches to win new accounts Performance monitoring: Track and analyse sales performance data, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded Account management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, negotiating contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and inventory availability for distribution partners The Person Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and wholesale channels, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth Relationship building: Excellent ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, and internal teams Negotiation & communication: Skilled in negotiation, with strong verbal and written communication skills to manage relationships and contracts Analytical skills: Ability to analyse sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-makingThe Company Specialist manufacturing company within the FMCG sector.
