Lead Software Engineer (C# .NET JavaScript) Remote, £80k-£95k Package: £80k-£95k base salary Remote based Discretionary Bonus Potential for Shares in the Business ️ Flexible Holiday (min 25 days + 8 ph but flex upwards) We are looking for a Lead Developer / Lead .NET Developer / Lead Full Stack Developer for an InsurTech company. The ideal Lead Software Engineer will have expertise across full stack technologies; C#.Net Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure (or AWS), TDD and NoSQL Databases. The company are looking to build out an internal engineering team, this Lead Developer / Lead Software Engineer will be working with the Engineering Manager over the next few months in the hiring of several .NET Developers / Full Stack Developers. As well as involved in the shape of the team, you'll contribute heavily on the direction of their flagship product. All work will be greenfield and its a very exciting opportunity to have a tangible effect on the way the business works.
