Mechanical Assembler Linkster Recruitment are currently working with a Client based in CV6 area of Coventry. We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join their growing business. It is a temp to perm role for the right candidate. Schedule of work for the Mechanical Assembler: Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:30 30 min unpaid lunch break From £16ph, depending on experience The ideal Candidate for the Mechanical Assembler role will have the following: - experience with assembling engines or similar, complex automotive components - automotive or engineering background, with understanding of mechanics - must be able to read technical drawings - experience using hand tools and power tools - strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report machine defects - proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying electrical, hydraulic, and other faults. - Background in groundcare, agriculture, trailers, horseboxes, assembly, or commercial vehicle service preferred Your main duties as a Mechanical Assembler will include: - assembling small trailers from scratch - troubleshooting any issues with the build - maintaining clean and safe work environment - understanding and following technical drawings and specification sheets If you feel like this role is for you, please apply now!
