The cuisine is modern British and all the dishes created use local produce from the estate and also using only local suppliers.This is a farm to fork experience showcasing the outstanding produce from the estate and county.We require a restaurant manager who can spearhead this quality and unique restaurant environment.Supported by a large team including 2 assistant managers and a dedicated team of 30, this is a senior role that reports directly in the general manager.Our client is looking for a restaurant manager that has been exposed to managing a high end, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.A very competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.AMRT1_UKCT
