Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work for our prestigious client based in the Newbury area. Requirements of a Machine Operator:

• Strong Attention to detail
• Be physically fit as the job is very hands on
• Organisational skills
• Maintain a clean and safe work station

Details:

• Salary: £12ph - Performance related bonus paid monthly between £150 - £300 per month
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible hours - Morning and Afternoon shifts available
• Location: Newbury
• Duration: Permanent

Role of a Machine Operator:

• Operate machine tools by hand to produce parts
• Feeding batches of raw material into machinery
• Monitor product quality
