This Project Engineer (33kV SAP)will report to the Lead Operational Engineer and will work within UKPN Services based in our Bury St Edmunds office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £76,229 plus car and a bonus of 3%.
If you are successful, you will need to undertake a medical and DBS reference check

Join Our Team as a 33kV Operational Project Engineer!
Are you an experienced 33kV Operational Project Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to deliver high-profile projects in the DNO and Private sectors, including capital programme and NAMP projects, as well as electrical infrastructure works.
Location: Bury St Edmunds, with projects across East Anglia and the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety management and compliance with procedures.
Deliver construction, maintenance, and fault works to time, cost, and quality standards.
Plan, coordinate, and efficiently utilize resources.
Collaborate with HV/LV control and manage HV/LV network operations.
Provide technical support to field staff and manage contractors.Qualifications:
Senior Authorised Person up to and including 33kV.
HNC in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in distribution systems ranging from 400V to 33kV.
High level of customer focus and team working skills.
Full driving license and ability to achieve Ministry of Defence Security Clearance.Personal Characteristics:
Team player with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, MS Project, and other custom software packages.
Understanding of Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation.
