Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks & Civil Engineering - Kent

A well-established groundworks & civil engineering contractor covering Kent and Essex for residential developers both regional and national.

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kent

Salary / Package: Up to £70,000 (DOE) plus car / car allowance, bonus scheme.

Duties for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Procurement
• Measurement
• Variations
• Monthly CVR's
• Change Control
• Client Liaison
• Payments
• Final accounts
• Site Meetings

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

• A minimum of 4-5 years experience ideally with a regional civils / residential groundworks contractor.
• Working knowledge of NEC/ JCT forms of contract.
• Previous experience in Groundworks & Civil Engineering (S278, 106, drainage, foundation, roads & sewers).
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Conversant with MS Office packages
• Degree qualified /undertaking HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management would be advantageous.
