Customer Accounts Administrator Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm £13.59 - Weekly pay Temp contract with the chance to go permanent 18th November start date Must pass credit and DBS check Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in working with customer accounts/administration? If so, we would love to hear from you! Search are currently working with a Leeds based client to recruit a Customer Accounts Administrator at this very busy period! We are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running within a fast paced office administration role. You will be working within a financial services company so you must be able to pass relevant checks. Duties and Responsibilities: * Using the back-office system and Salesforce system to update accounts for a variety of reasons * Processing account conversions from junior to adult accounts * Checking ID and proof of address documents for account openings * Contacting customers via email * Sorting post and categorising to be passed to different areas in the department Essential skills: * IT literate * Use of CRM's * Ability to communicate with clients at all levels * Organisation * Ability to prioritise work load * An interested in financial services This role is city centre based and doesn't have parking so please consider this when making an application.
