Head Chef , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We are looking for someone with a passion for great food, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create a memorable dining experience for every guest. About Us: Committee Room No.9 is a lively pub and restaurant located in the Merchant City area of Glasgow, Scotland. Known for its cosy, welcoming atmosphere, it offers a range of food and drinks, including classic pub fare, craft beers, and cocktails. It also frequently hosts live sports events, making it a popular spot for social gatherings and game-day viewings. Its central location makes it a favorite for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy a casual meal or drink in a historic and vibrant part of Glasgow. Who we are? The Scotsman Group is Scotlands largest and most diverse hospitality group, with a collection of over 40 venues across Scotland including bars, restaurants, hotels and more. Key Responsibilities: Oversee
all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Lead and inspire
a team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement. Create and develop
exciting, seasonal menus that reflect the unique flavors of St Andrews. Maintain
a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations. Manage
food costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise profitability. What Were Looking For: Proven experience
as a Head Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to step up. Strong leadership
and communication skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent. A passion for
using fresh, local ingredients and creating innovative dishes. Excellent
organisational and time-management skills. A commitment
to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. What We Offer: TRONC electronic tips
