Job Title: Site Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Package Package Includes: Car allowance or Van, Accommodation, Holidays, Pension Start Date: November Employment Type: Permanent Role Overview: My client are recruiting Site Managers to join our team in Manchester, as they are expanding their operations in response to rapid business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, high-specification projects across sectors such as office fit-outs, hospitality (bars & restaurants), retail, and residential. Key Responsibilities: Technical Oversight: Manage all technical aspects of the project, with a preference for candidates with a technical background. Client-Facing: Ensure effective communication with clients, maintaining high standards and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management: Oversee MEP-heavy projects ranging from £50,000 to £6 million, typically lasting between 10 to 12 weeks. Quality Control: Conduct audits, manage handovers, and ensure all work meets the quality expectations and project specifications. IT Proficiency: Utilize relevant software for project tracking, reporting, and effective management. Team Structure: You will work alongside a team of 10 operatives and various subcontractors on-site, ensuring seamless project execution and support. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm Occasional weekend work may be required if projects are behind schedule.
