This role does not offer sponsorship.We now have a fantastic opportunity for a School Chef to join our new Options Autism School - Copper Fields School in Gunnislake.About the roleTo be responsible for the planning and preparation of high-quality food and catering service to the school. To manage and supervise all kitchen staff.Responsibilities:To plan menus for the pupils and school staff with reference to their dietary needsTo set up and clean down the kitchen areas before and after day to day useTo ensure that necessary preparation is undertaken for the day/weekly demand/needs of the CentreTo be observant of the need to minimise wasteTo provide suitable food to staff/pupils with special dietary requirementsAbout the SchoolOur New Options School - Copper Fields School in Gunnislake, Cornwall. The school will have capacity for 60 pupils ages 4-16 years old and is due to open January 2025For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
