This key role will drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage by delivering integrated ERP, CRM, data warehousing, and IoT telematics solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement business models, processes, and organizational structures that drive alignment between strategy and execution. This is a pivotal role that focuses on the business side of architecture, working to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and support growth. You will lead a team within a collaborative IT environment of 11 professionals, but this role is not a technical architect role.
