Job description Full-Time Delivery Driver CHEPSTOW About us Bond International has specialised in wholesale tyres for 50 years. We are recruiting for our Chepstow Depot, we have another six tyre distribution centres are located in Bracknell, Tamworth, Biggleswade, St Helens Pocklington and Bathgate. We have grown and maintained our position as one of the UK's leading tyre wholesalers. Last year we supplied nearly 2.5 million tyres to the trade. Pay: £11.75 per hour Any hours worked after your contracted hours (40 hours) will be paid at £11.75 Working Hours: * Full-Time: Monday-Saturday (5 out of 6 days) You can work between the hours of 05:00-20:00 (Depending which run you've been put on) * Daily overtime will be expected Bond International is a major distributor of tyres in the UK. We are looking for a Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team at Chepstow to accommodate our expanding business. Bond International operates a B2B tyre distribution service and acts as a dedicated 3PL to some of the leading tyre brands. We cover the entirety of the UK and deliver to independent and chain garages alike. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual with good experience of warehouse management and a strong history of managing people to establish and develop our St Helens warehouse operation as part of that team. As a Full-Time Delivery Driver you will have responsibility for: Duties Carrying out your vehicle checks; Working as part of a team - helping to load your van carefully and safely; Getting your van out and delivering tyres to your customers on time; Collecting payments from customers; Making correct records of deliveries and collections; Ensuring the best possible service to customers. Qualifications and Experience Full UK driving licence; Good knowledge of road traffic laws; Good driving record; Good numeracy skills; Good interpersonal skills Multidrop delivery experience preferred. Our routes are designed to have fewer drops and be less pressured than some other large distributors. You still need to be able to work to deadlines and to work under pressure.
