Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated receptionist to join a highly regarded investment firm near London Bridge. The role is based in beautiful offices, 5 days per week and no shifts are required. The company builds exceptional relationships both with clients and internally and the culture is a key part of its success. As the first impression of the company, as visitors arrive, this is a very important hire. You will have a natural customer service instinct and an exceptional eye for detail. Excellent presentation and communication are essential for this job and be able to work with clients at a high level. You will be working as a team of two experienced receptionists, and you will jointly cover the responsibilities of the area. It is a busy and varied position that will suit a positive person. You must be polished and professional and able to juggle priorities, working as part of a team to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities Operating the switchboard Meeting and greeting visitors Maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area Monitoring the meeting room bookings The timely setup and clearing of rooms, including refreshments Organising and setting up of catering for clients or team social events Maintaining the presentation of the office area Managing the upkeep of stationery and kitchen supplies Ad hoc support to the team as required. Requirements Experience working in a corporate environment Switchboard experience Be able to show longevity and loyalty in previous jobs Have a proven track record of working front of house in a boutique office environment Preferably with exposure to ultra-high net-worth clients Experience working well in a small team Positive and welcoming attitude Highly professional and polished manner Good working knowledge of MS Office packages Due to the nature of the front-of-house role, this is an office-based position The client offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits London Bridge Permanent Full time Office based + Benefits
