Cutting edge travel technology company are looking for a Product Support Specialist to work closely with Travel Consultants in making the very best use of their tailor-made travel booking platform. Salary circa 45K. London-based.
Product Support Specialist Responsibilities
Delivery of professional assistance to Travel Consultants, providing help with platform functionality.
Identification and resolution of technical issues that may arise.
Spend physical time with partner travel companies across London provide on-site support, conduction of training sessions, and building strong relationships.
Develop an intricate understanding of the platform and help with the conceptualisation of system advancements
Collaboration with Technical Product Managers to relay feedback and insight, and any issues
Create training material and conduction of workshops to help Travel Consultants maximize the best use of the platforms
Product Support Specialist Qualifications :
Experience working in a similar position in the SAAS or Travel Sector
Strong technical aptitude able to learn new software and technology. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and/or CRM systems is a big plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to travel around London to work at various travel companies
