The Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Teachers to work in various secondary schools within Telford. As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Managing classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment. Following the school's policies and procedures. Adapting to various subjects and year groups as required. Providing feedback to the regular teacher on the progress of students.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a secondary school setting. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and the ability to work in different school environments.
