Project Manager £65k Sidcup Mon-Fri Permanent An exclusive client is looking to recruit an experienced commercial Project Manager who has knowledge and experience working with projects worth up to £2 million. You will be working with projects based at Gatwick and large London Train stations. As a Project Manager you will be well experienced managing teams and subcontractors, managing the project from start to finish. Requirements of the project manager: - At least 5 years' experience as a commercial project manager. - Mechanical construction experience and knowledge. - Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts. - Organisation of projects from start to finish. - Strong communication skills. - Strong experience using Excel.
