Job Title: D365 CE and .NET IT Development Manager Location: London, United Kingdom Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT/Software Development Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE and .NET IT Development Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and .NET technologies, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. * Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. * Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in D365 CE and .NET to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that meet business requirements. * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. * Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of software through rigorous testing and code reviews. * Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve development processes and practices. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. * Technical Skills: * Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). * Strong knowledge of .NET framework and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.). * Experience with SQL Server and database management. * Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing. * Soft Skills: * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate. * Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the same industry.
