NTT Global Data Centers EMEA is looking for a Construction Quality Manager .In this role, you will be responsible for implementingbest practice QA/QC processesacross our regional Data Center construction portfolio. You will work within a matrixed organization, ensuring that NTT GDC standards are are maintained across our build program, irrespective of scale, execution partners or country of build. As the Construction Quality Manager, you will provide technical support and leadership to execution teams, partners, and suppliers. You will also assist construction teams, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that NTT delivers outstanding Data Centers to both internal and external clients. This is a full-time hybrid permanent position . What you will do Develop and implementQA/QC programs, standards and processes for Data Center Construction and Fit Out projects across the region Monitor site levelQA/QC procedures to address quality issues proactively Evaluate and approve the General/Prime Contractor Project Quality Plans, processes and reports during the inital project phases Develop guidelines and training for external and internal stakeholders to ensure uniformity in quality standards Ensure compliance with offsite quality management systems and protocols, including but not limited to FATs, FWTs and DfSMA Own and report on project quality metrics and KPIs for your prescribed region, providing improvement opportunities Perform technical inspections on project within your remit and across every package (structure, CSA, MEP, commissioning) to ensure adherence to quality standards Manage the quality handover process for smooth transitions to operations What we are looking for Engineering degree in construction or engineering discipline Significant hands-on experience in relation to your discipline Significant experience in working on construction sites, preferably Mission Critical or Data Center projects Strong understanding of the regulations, construction law and quality specifications for the geographies within your remit Capability and willingness to travel across different countries and projects Experience in investigations, auditing, root cause analysis and reporting What we offer you An agile company culture with short decision-making paths and plenty of opportunities to show personal initiative Allowance for the use of public transport and job bikes Allowance for the use of sports facilities and a company gym Allowance for lunch Individual training and development opportunities Numerous other additional benefits such as birthday vouchers, employee advisory program, employee referral scheme, company events and much more We look forward to hearing from you!
