Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Salary: £21.00 per hour (Under UTR)

Employment Type: Long-term Position

• Hours: 8 am to 6 pm, with 9.5 hours paid.
• Conditions: Candidates must have a 5-year work history in the UK due to the government nature of the project.
• BPSS Check: A BPSS check will be carried out (cost covered by the client) to verify eligibility.

Become a valuable member of Munnelly Support Services, contributing to a significant government project in Aldermaston. We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for an upcoming long-term opportunity starting in a few weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage site documentation, including daily logs, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Gold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Ability to provide a 5-year work history.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
