This is an exciting time to join abrand-new school and be a part of a team that believes ‘Embracing Differenceleads to Endless Possibilities’ for all its pupils.The school will have capacity for 48 pupils ages 4-11 years old and is due toopen January 2025.Our New Options School will cater for pupils who have ASC and Complex Needs. * **Up to £35,870 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)** * **Monday to Friday** * **Term Time only** * **Permanent****About the role**As an ECT Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupilsaccording to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the schoolcurriculum in a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop.This is a great opportunity for an ECT Teacher who is keen to develop creativelearning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your workwill be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working ina school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils arelistened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.When it comes to looking after our pupils, we never settle for second best. Weare looking for an ECT Teacher experienced in teaching a range of subjects andwho shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerableyoung people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.The successful candidate must be familiar with and happy to adopt atherapeutic approach to teaching and working with SENSEMHAutistic pupils.Educated to degree level and Qualified Teacher Status, you will be calm,engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated byhelping every pupil to reach their potential.**Whilst we are a Specialist SEN Provider, no previous SEN experience isneeded for this role.
