As a Trading Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our Trading Managers. This role involves collating, verifying, and presenting information with precision and efficiency. While primarily office-based, you will occasionally visit stores, when required. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with buyers within a busy retail environment, offering a well-rounded experience in Trading. The key responsibilities of this position will include: Provide comprehensive administrative support Gather, verify, and present critical information in an organized manner Ensure the timely and accurate processing of data Collect and manage key trading information from suppliers and other sources on behalf of designated trading managers Submit accurate documentation to the Price File team for processing Proactively resolve supplier pricing issues and manage range cleansing Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance service delivery Ensure adherence to company policy and calendar deadlines Serve as the primary point of contact for retailer-related activities and deliverables on behalf of the trading team Collate retailer bulletin information and communications as required Resolve CRM queries from initiation to resolution for trading managers, addressing all product and service inquiries Analyse, review and suggest improvement to streamline processes and reduce CRM queries Collaborate effectively with trading managers to ensure the smooth execution of promotional activities and the accurate transfer of key data
