The Role of Head Mixologist/Bar Manager To take ownership of the Cocktail offerings across the group. responsible for the writing, training and developing of unique and classical cocktails that are seasonally adjusted Head Mixologist role will require someone with great experience, financial and commercial acumen and the ability to not only write and create innovative seasonal cocktails but roll them out across the group in training sessions.
