We are on the lookout for experienced recruiters / sales professionals who would like to be part of our exciting project here at NRG.
Within the Tech and Digital team we have ambitious plans for the next 3-5 years that will see hires today being the leaders of tomorrow and as such we want people who will match our ambitions.
You will be in charge of running your own desk, growing your own business within the business and managing the full recruitment lifecycle earning commission as you go. Key responsibilities for the role include:
Managing the full recruitment life cycle
Building and maintaining strong relatinoships with clietns and candidates
Understanding hiring needs
What we need:
Proven experience in recruitment / sales - anything within IT is a bonus
Strong communication
Resilience and ambition
