Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to meet the diverse needs of students. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEMH or SEN  Relevant qualifications or certifications in Special Education or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs. Ability to adapt to different learning environments and work collaboratively within a team.
