Our client, a leading organisation is looking for two motivated individuals to join their team as Renewals Coordinators. If you have a knack for organisation and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! Responsibilities: Produce and manage standard and special reminders for clients. Prioritise and respond to client and attorney queries related to renewals. Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts for renewals. Process instructions to pay renewal fees and handle invoicing. Update records and ensure accuracy by auditing daily instructions. Process abandonment of cases and mark records accordingly. Pay fees to various foreign agents. Utilise task planner and diaries to stay organised and up to date.Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to effectively prioritise and multitask in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in using electronic payment systems and online platforms. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, attorneys, and foreign agents. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.What's in it for you?
