Marketing Manager - Birmingham / Hybrid / £40k-£50k Currently working with a food retailer who are looking for a marketing manager to join their team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll focus on leveraging existing sponsorships, exploring new partnerships, and effectively utilising digital channels to enhance their reputation and reach. No sponsorship provided Responsibilities: Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships aligned with their values. Negotiate partnership terms, including activations, promotions, and co-branding. Oversee partnership execution to ensure maximum ROI. Optimise existing sponsorships for maximum impact and develop and implement effective sponsorship activation plans. Develop a comprehensive digital communications strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee content creation and distribution across digital channels and analyse digital trends and optimise content performance. Collaborate with teams for consistent messaging and branding. Build relationships with media outlets to secure positive press coverage. Create and distribute press releases and media materials. Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations. Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and media relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Absolute must-haves: FMCG Experience Digital activation / PR / Social / Events Experience B2C Experience Proficiency in content management systems and graphic design software.
