Trainee Energy Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join a growing independent environmental specialist firm who provide expert compliance services to the built environment. They are currently on the lookout for a Junior Energy Assessor to join their Compliance team in their offices based in Nottingham.
Role responsibilities for a Junior Energy Assessor:
Produce SAP assessments and statements, as well as carrying out sustainability reports and strategies.
Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds and ensure projects are in compliance with Part L regulations.
Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met.
Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports.
The role can open up to other areas of the industry such as air pressure testingThe ideal Junior Energy Assessor will have:
Relevant experience in an energy assessor role delivering EPC's for commercial and non-domestic projects
An energy assessor qualification such an OCDEA or NDEA would be beneficial
Experience with industry standard software's such as IES-VE or SBEM
Excellent communication and organisational skills
