About You You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Qualifications: Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). Clinical Expertise: Strong skills in OT assessments and interventions, backed by excellent clinical reasoning. Self-Motivation: Confident in working independently, setting priorities, and managing risks. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and colleagues. Tech-Savviness: Proficient with IT systems and aware of relevant legislation in the healthcare space. Bonus: Experience in a relevant setting such as neurorehabilitation or brain injury care.
