Job Description: As a Gateman, you will be responsible for managing the entrance and exit of vehicles and personnel on our construction site. Your role is crucial in ensuring site security and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to the site, ensuring all personnel and vehicles are authorised.
• Maintain accurate records of site entries and exits.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure site safety and security.
• Assist with the coordination of deliveries and direct traffic as needed.
• Communicate effectively with site management and other team members.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card: Must possess a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
• Work History: Ability to provide a 3-year checkable work history.
• Security Checks: Willingness to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
