Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on HS2? Do you have experience working on NEC contracts in the rail industry? Location: Northwest London Duration: 6 months Rate: DOE IR35: Inside - Umbrella This role offers hybrid working where you will be required on site 3 x days a week and work from home 2 x days. Our client is a main contractor delivering heavy civils work on HS2. Due to an increase in work, they require a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the delivery team on the project . As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparation of project forecasting, contract management, cost control whilst working closely with the subcontractors, site team and client. Requirements: ·Previously worked on NEC Contracts ·Major Construction/Civil/Infrastructure experience ·Previously worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor experience ·Sub-Contractor management experience ·A minimum of 3 years+ working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site. ·CSCS card To avoid missing out on this opportunity, please submit your CV and then contact Amy at Carrington West
