Functional Skills Tutor Job Duties: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions to improve functional skills in English, Maths, and ICT Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learner needs Assess and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback Support learners to achieve their functional skills qualifications Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, achievements, and any issues Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) Specialist qualification in English, Maths, or ICT Demonstrable experience in delivering functional skills training Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire learners Benefits of working with TP Tutors: Flexible working that you are in control of!
