We're looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to help us deliver excellence in every package we handle. The Role: As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at our depot, from assigning collections to managing delivery records and handling customer inquiries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a sharp eye for detail. What You'll Do: Assign and manage daily collection schedules by postcode and area. Process delivery change requests, ensuring accurate updates. Track and manage all depot holds for collection. Communicate with key account customers, providing ETAs and timely updates. Generate district reports for key customers and maintain proof of delivery records. Handle customer inquiries and requests in a time-sensitive environment. Complete banking and cash handling for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. Accurately enter key data for export operations and debrief daily collections.What We're Looking For: Experience: Background in logistics, transportation, or related fields is a plus. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with excellent communication skills. Attention to Detail: You're meticulous and accurate, especially with data entry and reporting. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with logistics software is preferred.Why Join Us?
