Requirements for Junior Java Developer: BSc in Computer Science from a Russell Group University 1-3 years of commercial experience with Java and web application development Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Experience with cloud hosting (e.g., AWS) Familiarity with containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) Understanding of XML or JSON Experience with at least one J2EE container (e.g., Tomcat) Bonus: Frontend experience (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) You will be working in a modern, agile, and supportive office environment five days a week, alongside a talented team of engineers, including former Google engineers.
