About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey In the classroom, to assist students with their homework and assignments Work with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers, as well as working as a team The provision of 1:1 direct interventions and support to students within the classroom is essential Work with the class teacher and other members of the staff to provide a conducive learning environment for the students in the class Through observation and evaluation, you will be able to monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and their involvement in intervention activities Ensure that all students are included in the classroom as much as possible The School - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey This is one of the most recognized schools in the community because it is renowned for its excellent GCSE results.
