Contract: JCT 2016 D&B

Value: 12.5m High End Residential Refurbishment

Programme: 95 weeks

Roles and Responsibility (but not limited to)

• Understand the current procured basement/ground works and super structure package.
• Understand and take ownership of the subcontractor and consultant valuations
• Review the latest design information, prepare scope of work documents to send out for tender
• Send out tenders, analyse, adjudicate and recommend subcontractors.

• Support Project teams with design information
