Finance Manager - FTC

Our client, a London-based beverage business, recognised for its innovative sustainability initiatives and market-leading products, is searching for a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team on a 6 month FTC . As the Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function during a period of significant growth. This role will interact with various departments, including Production, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and will involve maintaining key relationships with suppliers, customers, and investors. Key Responsibilities : Reconcile Xero accounting and BREWW production software daily. Manage monthly balance sheet and fixed asset reconciliations. Prepare management accounts, weekly payment runs, and COGS reports. Work with Sales on debtor management and oversee payroll submissions. Collaborate on CAPEX projects and handle HMRC submissions (beer duty, VAT). Support the team with additional ad hoc finance tasks as required. About You : You are a highly motivated finance professional with a solid grasp of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and Xero. Whether you’re fully qualified or on the path to qualification, your strong organizational skills, proactive nature, and enthusiasm will make you an asset to this team. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: SE London - 3/4 days a week in the office
