IAM Senior Manager

Your new company The company is a large consultancy company providing deep expertise to their clients. Cybersecurity is one of the areas which they have identified for tremendous investment and growth. Their Identity & Access Management team defines their clients' IAM strategy to make IDAM a sustainable capability which responds to evolving business priorities. Your new role You will be responsible for leading a team of 20 people. You will be demonstrating on a day-to-day basis your strong business acumen and a technology-focused, innovative mindset to drive forward their strategic initiatives. You will be providing subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will be leading transformations in areas such as identity governance, privileged access management, access management and customer identity access management. You will understand personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback. You will communicate in an organised and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts. What you need to succeed You can demonstrate good knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the Identity Access Management space, particularly in strategy, delivery experience, or assurance for identity and access management solutions. You can leverage your extensive IAM expertise and leadership capabilities to make a significant impact on the organization and its clients. Consulting and client-facing experience would be an advantage. What you’ll get in return Base salary + bonus based on performance. Hybrid working (2/3 days work from home / week).
