Warehouse Operative

Gap Personnel is collaborating with a valued client in the Kettering area and is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a temporary, on-going basis. Shift Pattern: Early and late shifts required, including 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with shift allowance after 6pm) Pay: £12.76 per hour Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an essential part of our warehouse team, assisting with all aspects of goods-in, stock control, and delivery notes. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick products/orders while meeting established picking targets. Load and unload goods as required. Conduct quality checks on orders. Maintain accurate records of inventory and activities. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse. About You: Previous experience in a warehouse picking environment is essential. Strong practical skills and understanding of warehouse operations. Good numeracy skills; counting is a critical part of this role. Team player with the ability to work independently. Own transport is beneficial due to the location.
