The group operates 6 different brands with up to 4 menu changes per year and they need a group head chef that can support the head of food to develop menu ideas, recruit train and retain BOH staff and also be hands on at the sites delivering top quality service. We are looking for a passionate chef who can deliver fine dining, handle volume, team management and help to develop and implement menus across the sites.
