We focus on what’s really important for you in a new job and match you with the right company.  Skills and Qualifications: You will be an existing, experienced Clinical Home Manager with a strong proven track record (at least 2 years) New Care Home Commissioning Experience prefered Be able to manage challenging situations. You should enjoy a challenge! You will be able to lead and motivate a team working with the Deputy Manager to create a positive working environment. Essential for the role: A clinical background as a Registered Nurse Strong commercial awareness. You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable As the Home Manager, you will lead your team to ensure provision of a safe, caring, responsive and effective service for our clients in their home. Ensuring delivery of the highest possible care standards fully compliant with all CQC statutory regulations, whilst making sure you achieve your operational and quality assurance KPI's.
