Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Build Technician within the Build department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.
This Build Technician position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role you will be sealing and marking components prior to painting.
Role Responsibilities will include:
The assembly of mechanical components and Installation of Hydraulic and Electrical systems to aircraft undercarriages and associated hardware. Assembly being conducted in line with all OEM, legislative, and Industry requirements providing right first time, quality primary structural aircraft products. Management of consumable items Ensuring the correct functioning of the quality infrastructure Inspection/duplicate inspection of completed assemblies/sub-assemblies.
Skills and Experience required:
Occasional heavy lifting required Able to stand for long periods of time Extensive experience working in Aerospace related environment Extensive experience of assembly of components. Quality conscious.Why Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services? Here are some of their benefits and rewards:
