About the Role: Milestone Educatuon are looking for a HLTA to support our dedicated teaching staff and empower students to reach their potential. You'll play a hands on role in the classroom, leading small group activities, providing 1:1 support and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to support students' learning and wellbeing. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about: - Creating engaging and inclusive learning environments. - Developing close, supportive relationships with students and staff. - Making education accessible, exciting and relatable.
