Position Overview: As a Assistant Accoutant you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the organisation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, analysis, and strategy implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide insights and guidance to support decision-making and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise profitability and sustainability. Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial modelling to support operational efficiency. Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Evaluate and mitigate financial risks. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and insights. Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Qualifications: Proven experience within a finance management role, Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.Additional Information: This is a full-time, on-site position.
