Project Manager (Commercial Properties) Taunton, Somerset TA2 Full-time, Onsite (Flexible working available – hybrid option after 6 months) £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Working Monday to Friday Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Project Manager for a company based in Taunton, Somerset. The Role In this role, you will work closely with our design, estimating, and sales teams to fully understand client specifications and expectations. As a Project Manager within an interior fit-out company specializing in office refurbishments, your primary responsibility will be managing contractors, sourcing materials, and ensuring all project deadlines are met efficiently. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that all projects adhere to our ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System and Constructionline Gold requirements, helping to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing all project phases, from initial planning to handover, maintaining excellent communication with clients to manage expectations and guarantee satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and compliance with industry standards will be essential for the successful delivery of projects.
