Experienced Site Agent - Sub Agent with 5 years + UK civils or groundworks experience

Our client is a well established groundworks & civil engineering contractor that delivers projects within the Highways & Infrastructure, Aviation & Defence, Ports, Commercial & Housing Sectors. You will be based on site but with some work from their Head Office in Hemel Hempstead. The projects cover a broad area ranging from Henel Hempstead, Aldershot, Corby and Radlett and anywhere inbetween.

Your new role

Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality)

Daily liaison with clients

Daily liaison with site foreman

Assisting resolving daily project issues

Liaising with QS

RAMS

Lift plans

Project programmes

Lookahead programmes

ITPs

Monitoring site progress

Meetings

Resource management

Material call offs

Material reconciliations

Record keeping

Assisting with tenders

General project administration

What you'll need to succeed

Full UK driving licence

Minimum of 5 years UK groundworks or UK experience

SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
